Juniors

Our Juniors are of paramount importance in all our planning as without them our future would be bleak.  Our aim is to promote girls golf throughout mainland Hampshire and our islands (Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands).  Through Elaine Barrow, our County Junior Organiser, and her team we run training, competitions and matches for juniors of all ages, from beginners  to top flight players.  We regard our strong programme of junior events as absolutely vital to the future of ladies’ golf in Hampshire and we are constantly looking for the best ways to start junior girls in golf, keep their interest in playing the game, and help them to become as successful as they can be on the course.  To this end we also work closely within the Hampshire Golf Partnership and others.
